Roger Hannah

Roger Hannah are a team of Chartered Surveyors based in the North West. They are one of the top 50 nationwide consultants in the UK. When they approached us they were looking to update their existing site by introducing interactive property searches and focussing on higher value content and services provided.

The main problems with the existing site were its difficulty to navigate around, with no consistent layout it was constantly confusing consumers. In addition, the pages were dated and didn’t contain the comprehensive information required, with no clear call to actions or goals.

To update the website, we used the existing brand style, but updated it to incorporate a more modern and innovative approach. We also developed a property search system which could be run by the user, saving admin time. Finally we re-worked the site structure to ensure it was user-friendly and clearly defined into groups and sub-headings, ensuring the end-user could quickly and easily find what they were looking for.
