The main objective for this project was to produce a simple, easy user-interface, enabling a user to skim through page of necessary online forms in order to potentially generate themselves extra income from their pension schemes. A completely linear site-map was devised so the user could not deviate from the sole purpose of generating leads, with generous amounts of help available throughout the form-filling process to encourage user-retention. Clear and transparent imagery was employed to signify simplicity and integrity, and large buttons the only interactive elements, acting as strong call-to-action devices.
